Return Policy within 90 Days
After receiving an item, you have 90 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g. cosmetics). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (at your expense) and, once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
If merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
